With no warrants the FBI has been monitoring citizens that it considers to be "suspicious" by installing GPS tracking devices on their cars. The Obama administration has been defending the practice which is clearly unconstitutional. However, with the Patriot Act in effect, the Bill of Rights in the US Constitution is basically null and void so if you thought you had any rights you had better think again.
