I don't see how that is really possible, since he is dead. Oscar Grant was shot to death in an altercation with police in a BART station, in Oakland. The trial of the officer accused of wrongfully shooting him is already in progress; the officer says he drew his fire-arm accidentally while he was reaching for his Tazer to use on the victim. I filmed this demonstration a couple of months ago just before the trial got started. This is the first part of the three-part series:
