Experiments With LSD in the Czechoslavic People's Army

This is a great piece of Cold War history--these army officers on LSD clearly cannot perform the essential duties  for killing people.  No wonder the government and military establishment was so terrified of the drug at the time.

While I know people can have a lot of fun with acid, I do think it should be used with great caution. Although it has been used by some as a tool for spiritual, intellectual, and or artistic personal development, in my opinion it can be extremely dangerous to those who may have suffered psychological trauma or stress. People who already feel uncomfortable with themselves or their peers should be especially careful.
